I loved your memo, btw...

''It's not a memo, it's a mission statement.''

I noticed that I laugh when I'm nervous. I do that a lot.

Some people have actually told me I'm a very positive and happy person. I don't know if I come across that way or that I even am.
Who knows?

I think I have a lot of personalities and that I am a bit... hmm, whatever.
I think people like that are more interesting anyways.
Why can't everything just fall into place? And be a sorta fairytale happy ending?

I am in love with some of Shania's album. Most notably "It Only Hurts When I'm Breathing" and "I'm Jealous."
Wow, the layout is simple yet elegant. It doesn't have a real point. I like Louise's music but I'm not crazy 'bout it or her remake of "Stuck In The Middle (With You)." I just picked a photo randomly and it fit. She looks really cool there (I have yet to see the video!) and the song is zizzling.

The title is... well, I didn't know what to do. It means "Stuck In The Bottom" imo.. but I left out the word "Bottom" because eventually, I have have more "UP!"s and I won't be in the bottom any longer. I'll be in the middle or above.. or whatever! Sky-high pies!

The background is some jeans I took pictures of at Robinson May a long time ago. I was just testing out my digital camera at that time.

Somehow... I didn't take my Reflections applications home! Why, oh why?? I thought I did! ARGH... I am so frustrated at that.

The banner was suppose to have Gareth Gates on it but somehow, the picture didn't fit. I'll be sure to put on photogenic Gareth into the next one. I also have a really poor designed Lene one I made. These aren't SPECTACULAR pictures or banners, they're just for fun.. I'm not trying to make it into a huge deal. I just wanted to write about it.
I don't remember why I'm never good enough for anything.

I paid $56.00 to find out I'm average. Technically, not even average. I'm below average.
I'm not even a good writer.

I hate the mirror which tells no story.

I hate the people who even know I exist.

I hate the fact that I'm putting all my hopes and dreams into a school I already know I can't make in.

Why must this world be like this. Does everything happen for a reason or do we create those reasons?

I just want to be free. Free of worry and despair.

I was born to try but that isn't good enough.

I want to be... I've tried but I cannot.

I feel fat. I'm going to redesign the layout. This one is too shiny.

I love "slut-pop" (as one member of rronline puts it)... especially "Tic Toc" by LeAnn Rimes! It's as if she's having an orgasm while singing!!!

"Blink" by Rosie Ribbons is small change but it's nice.
I got Shania's "UP!" It's not like I really, really want it but c'mon... for $9.88 with a free poster and double discs with great photo design. GREAT DEAL.

The songs are pretty good and it's very uplifting. Today it was sooo dead in H2 and I put on "UP!" and suddenly it was so much easier to work! It has a lot of pep in it in the beginning (then repetitiviness kicks in; it's 19 tracks total). But the CD was worth it. I like it a lot and it can't be compared to Faith Hill's "Cry." They're completely different types of albums.

There's nothing much to say... except stress sucks. And insecurities suck 2.

I really don't get India.Arie. She's just as bad as Avril imo. It's just she's not crafted and manufactured but she luvvvvvvves playing the card where she's the "ugly duckling" who loves herself for who she is and doesn't care how much money she makes.

Yeah, that explains why she doesn't go independent. I don't care if it's true because I sure as heck don't buy it. She's a faker (in my opinion).

I love Delta's song. It has great lyrics. I wonder if AV's "Real Girl" is as good (I haven't heard it yet).

Buffy has gone soooo downhill. That's been apparent since last season (except for the MAGICAL musicial! That was fantastic classic television.) and Josh Wendon's promise of this season being better has not been fulfill. He's out of ideas and I don't think there's a way to revive the show... But who knows, it might? This is probably the last season for the show anyways. I don't know if they plan to use Dawn as a spin-off or something when Sarah MG leaves (well, that's what the papers are spectulating... and I don't see a reason she should not). Buffy's still witty but there's something about how clever the show was in the beginning. Now it's just running out of steam... It's not like the crew isn't trying because I can tell they are. It's just time for a good thing to come to its natural end.

Buffy's still a good show. It's just time for it to end its run.

BTW, I finished my STATS and I'm dreading the book club tomorrow. :-\

I'm gonna be dorky and make a CD wish list (hint: Christmas). I just have so much I want. I'll make a nice fancy gallery of the CDs when I have time... but not today. CD wish lists are usually stuff I can bare without but still really want. For example, I won't wait for a t.A.T.u. album but would wait for a Rascal Flatts album since I like their song but I'm not crazy about it.

Albums (listing from stuff I want the most):
1. Gareth Gates, "What My Heart Wants To Say"
2. Vanessa Amorosi, "Change" (Germany import)
3. Robyn, "Don't Stop The Music" (Sweden import); Carly Hennessy, "Ultimate High"
4. Lene Marlin, "Playing My Game" (import); RubyBlue, "Beyond Pink"
5. Rascal Flatts, "Melt"; A Walk To Remember, soundtrack;
6. Shania Twain, "UP!"
7. Point of Grace, "Free To Fly"
8. Mandy Moore, "Mandy Moore"
9. Tina Arena, "Just Me" (import); Alizee, "Gourmandises" (French import)
10. Sissel, "Sissel" (US debut)
11. Christina Aguilera, "Stripped"
12. Tim McGraw, "Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors"
13. Will Young, "From Now On"
14. LeAnn Rimes, "Twisted Angel"
15. Amelie, soundtrack
16. The Corrs, Vh1 live (with Bono)
17. Jennifer Lopez, "This Was Me... Then"
18. Mariah Carey, "Charmbracelet"
19. Craig David, "Slicker Than Your Average"
20. 3lw, "A Girl Can Mack"

(Ok, ok... so I don't want a lot of them but I just wanted the list to end on a nice even number. I'll probably buy 3, 4 or the ones I listed. t.A.T.u. rocks!)

Singles (ok, singles? now that's pathetic!)
1. Delta Goodrem, "Born To Try" (Australian import)
2. Faith Hill, "Cry" (import with "Wicked" and "Shadows")
3. Vanessa Amorosi, "Spin (Everybody's Doin' It)"

Vanessa Amorosi. I am on a Vanessa Amorosi high even though I don't love her new singles but they are growers! I can't wait to own "Change" and I need to purchase the long overdue "The Power." I loved her since "Shine" (the song about her friend's suicide over not thinking she was pretty enough) and "Absolutely Everybody." It's a shame all she had was a single in the US (a double-a side of "AE"/"Shine" which was aiming at the dance crowd). I want a Gareth Gates and Vanessa Amorosi (both) album! And Shania's! And t.A.T.u.'s of course! And Rascal Flatt's!

Congrats to X-Tina for a "Dirrty" UK #1! What a surprise since the song is not getting great reception in the US. The irony is that "Dirrty" is performing well in the UK but her album slipped to #40 while in the US, her singles are underperforming while her album is selling well (not great, but well). "Beautiful" should be a surefire Top 20 hit. In Australia, it's almost the same scenerio as the UK with the single a Top 10 laster and the album, a leaver.

And another congrats to Delta Goodrem for a #1 Australian Aria Single! She is ranked #3 behind Las Ketchup and Nelly/Kelly! "Born To Try" is much more suited to her voice than the Angela Via cover "I Don't Care." Not to mention, the song is very inspirational.

I also found out Girls@Play's "Airhead" debut at #59 and CoCo Lee's "A Love Before Time" debut at #79 in the ARIA charts.

P.S. I don't wanna go to school! ARGH.
