I loved your memo, btw...

"Mean People Should Not Be Allowed To Work"
[Music Hilary Duff, "Someone Watching Over Me"]
Today my Autoquartz Swatch died. It's suppose to last forever because it's Autoquartz. Maybe my mom was right; I shouldn't keep swinging my watch when I'm bored. :-x

So I went to the Swatch at Stonestown to see if I could find a replacement. Their watches don't look that cool now and some of them are impractical for telling time. The guy asked if I needed help and I told him what I was looking for. After he searched, he couldn't find it but said "Wait a minute" because these two ladies wanted to make a purchase. So I waited. When the two ladies left, the guy didn't help me. Instead, he pretended that I wasn't even there! It felt so awkward in there because he didn't even ask me if I wanted to look at anything.

I decided to ask him about the features of another watch that looked interesting but he didn't really seem to care because he didn't ask me if I wanted to try it on, etc. The guy was really lazy and rude. Mean people like him shouldn't be allowed to work. They only bring down the morale of customers.

I hate going shopping only because I have to deal with spoiled, arrogant workers. Granted, their bosses might be assholes so that's why they don't want to sell the products, but for goodness sakes, QUIT then. Bosses and employees who are rude turn me off, therefore, turning me away from buying the brand. Businesses lose in the end.

"Comments"
[Music Utada, "Exodus '04"]
I'm not a big fan of comments, but I suppose they DO help when people want to reply!

My fellow So.Cal Utada fan Winnie pushed me to put comments on my blog. After so many times, I caved in and now I have comments! Thanks! (I'm still working on hauling myself to start a new layout. :) )

So, this is a trial post. I'm not too crazy about these things, but here goes nothing!

I have all this Add/Drop classes problem this semester. I'm taking a bunch of classes I could care less about. The GE system is wack because I already know what I want to do. GEs really are a waste of time. I keep trying to think "But they're good for me, I would have never experienced/learned this if I didn't take the class, etc" but really, they are a WASTE of time. I could care less about politics, English, math, science, etc. Whatever I'm learning, I'm letting it go through one ear and out the other. These classes are so unbelievably boring and I feel like it's a chore to attend them.

On a brighter note, "Sky Captain and The World Of Tomorrow" is in theaters this weekend! Check it out. Join the resistance!

That's all for now.

"Little Tokyo II"
[Music Utada, "Exodus '04"]
Helen came to visit this morning. It was a sudden surprise! I did not expect her to come down to visit me (although it was for business; not entirely for social >_').

I didn't have time to clean up my messy room, but good thing I had new orange Ikea sheets to bring color into my otherwise plain-jane room. :)

I welcomed Helen into mi casa and we had breakfast. Later, we found out way to Japantown and watched some Anime cosplayer win awards. The shops there are so cool. It's like visiting Little Tokyo all over again. All the food looked fresh and so good to eat. We settled for a ramen place (one of the many, many) and it was decent. We saw Utada's japanese "Exodus" and some kewl cat ears. On our trip back, we saw a lady hand out free promo books which we didn't take. I guess I've learned there's no such thing as free lunch; nothing is free. I was scared there would be a bomb in there or somthing. Alas, I think they really were free.. but would I have read it if I took it?

Anyway, it was such an awesome day. We talked like old times. Nothing I want to post here because it's private. This post could be elaborated but I feel some things are better kept to myself.

Thanks for visiting! So KEWL!
