I loved your memo, btw...

''It's not a memo, it's a mission statement.''

I am in love with New Kaci. Despite how crappy Wal-Mart.com downloads are and how crappy Sony's SonicStae is, I have no regrets of buying it. It just sucks that the whole digital music boom hasn't worked out all its kinks yet.

Still, I can listen to it a zillion times. It will always remind me of this summer. Great work!

"With Maturity, Comes Responsibilty"
[Music John Hiatt, "Have A Little Faith In Me"]

It seems like once that year, right once we got out of high school passed, things will never be the same again.

Everyone is in a rush to accomplish something, to become someone, to make some money and survive. There is no more time to joyously play or relax, because time is money and money is something that cannot be wasted.

I feel sad thinking about that. Is this how the rest of our lives will be like? Forever ongoing to try and reach an unattainable goal?

Not that I'm saying there's anything wrong with it, for I am starting a job and preoccupying myself. Part of me is trying to follow what people dictate us to do, another part of me is trying to see if I can really do it on my alone.

We'll see. What I do know is the fun won't ever be the same again. And I'm letting go...
