Today my professor was talking about how each of us should carry a card of a lawyer we trust in our wallet. He went on to tell us why it's important and in what instances. I was never aware of this... it kind of scared me. I think I need to do that, find a good lawyer's contacts just in case. There's so much stuff happening in the real world we think only happens in the movies. And my prof also made a good point that parents don't know anything about what a good lawyer is or not unless they are one.

That reminded me of my cousin's bad divorce and how poorly the lawyer handled it. Ack.

So I'm 19. Yes, I'm 19... woo woo! I spent the b-day doing community service for my club. It was kind of fun, helping out a preschool. The naproom was so soothing.. I wanted to kind of lie there and rest. It was so calming. Anyway, they were repainting but because they ran out of brushes, I found myself "dis-infecting" the plastic toys for the kids in the playground. It was kind of fun actually, washing the toys clean and drying them. My back hurt like hell, but it was good fun. I think I need four more hours of community service and I'm cleared of that duty.

Now I'm afraid of turning 20.. I want to be a teen forever. Being a teen means you can get away with stuff. Being 20 means you're old. Ohz well..
