I loved your memo, btw...

Why do I keep listening to "Bird In The Sky" when it only makes me feel lost. I can only remember about the day she sung it live at The Knitting Factory.

Last night, the group of us went to see "The Ring." I wouldn't had given the movie a second thought if Naomi Watts wasn't the main star. She was fantastic (but c'mon, it's a HORROR flick. Not "Mullholland Drive" so I didn't expect an Oscar-worthy performance). The movie left me with a lot of questions but at the same time... the movie effectively worked. Ileanna should've went!

And hopefully, a certain someone will finally realize that I did indeed tell the truth about the actor who played Dumbledore's passing.

BTW, I hate Alhambra theaters. Well, actually I went to the Montebello AMC... how do these people stand it? It's trashy. It's filthy. And it reeks. The floor is stick. It's disgusting. Not only that, I saw a group of guys throw several cups of Pepsi on the parking lot. Who the FK does that? These people make me want to vomit. No wonder these theaters reeping in the $ aren't upgrading to stadium seating... they're taking the $ and using it to build new theaters in Cerritos and @#$%. Well, the new theater is going to be opening on Main Street but is it even worth it? Cos they'll close down the Alhambra PLACE (not Palace). The PLACE is actually one of my favorite (and Ali's) to go because it's low-key. Where else can you go watch "Josie" in a theater all to yourself? That's one of the little things I never expected to happen.

Also, these people should be banned from going to the movies (wait for a DVD or something, you brats!):
1 Babies. Parents - leave your infants with a babysitter or someone to take care of. Don't take them into a movie (especially dramas or rated Rs) because they only annoy people and disturb them. Taking those brats outside to quiet them only distracts us more. Babies, shut the heck up!
2 Silly bastards who got dragged to watch a movie they didn't want to and start blabbing about how bad the flick is. Shut the fk up you %#@$ers! Get the heck out of the theater cos I so wanted to strangle some guy in a theater of approximately 8 people who kept making comments about how his wife dragged him to go see "In The Bedroom" and how bad it was. You don't understand the movie cos of your simple @$$ mind so get the heck out. A serious indie drama is NOT a comedy. Don't laugh when you're not suppose to. Respect the person you're watching it (even if they dragged you there) by shutting the heck up.
3 Children who talk during scary movies cos they're really afraid but want to state that others are scared because they're really afraid of the silence. Parents - don't allow them to go in rated R flicks that are not appropriate.
4 People who still look good in the dark. Y'all make us all feel insecure. (Ok, kidding. Good looking people in the dark are cool since they're something to look at when the flick is unwatchable - ie. "Red Dragon")
5 People who don't clap when they're suppose to. What is wrong with you all? Clap when Mandy Moore gave the performance of the lifetime singing "Only Hope" in "A Walk to Remember." Clap when Simone sung "...A Natural Woman" without a flaw. What is wrong with you all?! Lemme tell you something, the only audience that clapped along with me was in Jenny Lopez's "Enough." That's gotta tell you that J.Lo fans are more intelligent than the average moviegoer.
